For each employee to engage in agile development, form teams across departments and disciplines, and move projects forward through iterative trial and error, it was essential to build an environment that actively encourages self-initiated action.<br />\r\n<br />\r\nWe led the design direction and identity design for both the overall brand and the co-creation space. To enable this, we developed dedicated design software that allows each employee to generate logos and visuals.<br />\r\n<br />\r\nEven without professional design skills, employees can create Serendie-aligned logos and visuals simply by entering a name, team name, or project name and adjusting a few basic controls. This makes it possible for employees to actively produce the visuals they need in their daily work, from project logos and business cards to branded goods.<br />\r\n<br />\r\nWhat we designed was not a set of individual outputs, but a system and design framework that lets employees keep engaging with the brand over time. The accumulation of these everyday actions helps cultivate Serendie’s behavioral shift and co-creation culture.","textJp":" **社員が育てるブランドアイデンティティデザイン** <br />\r\n<br />\r\nSerendieでは、デザイナーが完成形をつくって納品するのではなく、社員自身がつくり、使い、更新していくデザインのあり方を目指しました。そのために、社員一人ひとりがロゴやビジュアルを生成できる専用のデザインソフトウェアを開発しています。<br />\r\n<br />\r\nデザインの専門知識がなくても、名前やチーム名、プロジェクト名を入力し簡単に操作するだけで、Serendieの世界観に沿ったロゴやビジュアルを制作できます。社内で立ち上がるプロジェクトのロゴや名刺、ブランドグッズなどを、日々の仕事の中で社員自身が主体的に手がけていく仕組みです。<br />\r\n<br />\r\n人工物と影が自然に折り合い予期せぬ光景を生み出す。ゆるやかな線と線の繋がりに様々なものが訪れることで新たな繋がりや形を生む。Serendieがセレンディピティ（偶然の出会い）をコンセプトにした共創空間であることから偶然であること、交錯し予期せぬ美しさを生み出す自然美に着目しました。<br Semicircular parts and tools lay scattered without order, and fragments of letters, spread across the surface, began to feel like traces of people. Around them, people moved in and out. Each character is built from modular arc and straight-line parts, and each part can be adjusted through parameters, allowing the shapes to shift and evolve.<br />\r\n<br />\r\nAs a result, even the same “a” can appear in countless variations. Changes in the openness and angle of the arcs, as well as the length of the straight segments, introduce subtle fluctuations and produce a wide range of expressions. The typeface includes a standard default set that works right out of the box, while also functioning as a variable font that can be transformed when needed.<br />\r\n<br />\r\nThis “changing type system” translates Serendie’s ideas of serendipity, diversity, and the emergence of relationships directly into typography.
