WOW – Portfolio
WOW Visual Design Studio’s Portfolio Book Design

WOW specializes in a diverse array of endeavors that seamlessly blend design, art, and technology. This marks their fourth portfolio book design, a testament to their commitment to constant renewal and evolution.
Capturing the Essence of Japan through Design

We strived for a design that exudes strength through its tranquility. The letters from front to back are coated with transparent foil, subtly standing out against the soft gray paper. The outer photographic side was printed with a slightly darker gray ink, over which a transparent foil stamping process was meticulously applied. The delicate tonality of the foil creates a seamless gradient across the image, allowing for smooth shading to emerge as the light and angle shift. It transcends mere expression, encapsulating the fluid changes and expansive potential of WOW. This design reflects WOW’s pursuit of harmony with society and its profound, innovative ideas.
A Box Crafted with Minimal Elements

The box features a dual-layered structure, designed to encase the portfolio cards securely, ensuring their protection without the need for any fasteners. Upon opening the case and perusing WOW’s beliefs and policies inscribed within, 24 project cards will be revealed.
24 Projects Cards

Works are included as cards, and the functionality is such that the contents can be updated as the number of works increases.
